Ms Lim Kexin
Chartered Accountant (Singapore)
Singapore Management University’s Valedictorian 2005, Lim Kexin graduated from its pioneer Accountancy cohort with a Bachelor of Accountancy major in law (summa cum laude).
Over the past 11 years, her dynamic international tax career with PwC has spanned structuring, advisory, compliance, thought leadership and transactions work in Singapore, London and now Jakarta.
Believing strongly that everyone can make a difference, Kexin has been an avid volunteer since 17 in a myriad of hands on to advocacy roles. In 2012, the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants co-opted Kexin as its youngest-ever governing council member in its 51-year history. Concurrently, she is now active as council member of the Singapore Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia.
A regular public speaker, Kexin has been widely profiled in the media over the last decade. Trail blazing, she is alumni of premier invitation-only global platforms such as the St Gallen Symposium in Switzerland, International Visitor Leadership Programme run by the US Department of State, China-ASEAN Youth Camp run by the All-China Youth Federation.
Multiple award winning, Kexin was featured as one of Singapore’s 50 most inspiring women under 40 (Her World magazine 2010), “Rising Star” (Financial Times-RBS Coutts Women in Asia awards 2010), ‘Young Accountant of the Year’ (inaugural Singapore Accountancy Awards 2014), ‘Rising Star’ (SMU’s inaugural alumni awards) and one of Singapore’s ’40 under 40’ (Prestige magazine 2015).
In her (limited) free time, Kexin enjoys spending time with her loved ones, cooking and is currently learning Bahasa Indonesia.
