  1. Personal Identification 个人身份证明
    • NRIC or passport (for Singapore Citizens)
    • Passport, blue IC and re-entry permit (for Singapore Permanent Residents)
    • Passport (for non-Singapore Citizens)
    • Passport and Employment Pass or Dependent's Pass (for non-Singaporeans applying for part-time programme)
  2. Applicant's highest/most recent degree Scroll and Official Transcript from each university attended (with English translation if applicable) 学位证明及成绩单
