Objective
To provide industry relevance to the academic programmes offered by the School.
Responsibilities of the Board
- To assist in reviewing proposed changes to the curriculum of the academic programmes offered by the School
- To advise on changes and developments in industry/professional requirements
- To provide timely feedback on the performance of students during the internship programme and of graduates at the workplace
- To facilitate and assist in internship arrangements
- To facilitate collaborative research between faculty and industry/profession
- To assist in sourcing for suitable adjunct position

Mr Choo Eng Beng is the Head of Assurance with over 30 years of experience in public accounting. He is part of the Global Assurance Leadership team as well as the Leadership team in Singapore. Prior to serving as the Head of Assurance, he was the Risk and Quality Leader in PwC Singapore.

Mr Lee Wei Hock is part of EY Singapore’s leadership team and serves as Leader of its Assurance services – comprising Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, Forensic and Integrity Services, and Climate Change and Sustainability Services.
He has more than 21 years of professional experience serving listed, private and multinational clients, including audits and capital market transactions. His professional experience includes 2 years spent in New York City where he served on global client accounts under the Firm’s global exchange program.

Mr Leong Sing Chiong was appointed as Deputy Managing Director for Markets and Development on 1 February 2021. He oversees the Markets & Investment, Development & International, the FinTech & Innovation, as well as the Sustainability Groups. Prior to this, Mr Leong served as Assistant Managing Director overseeing the Monetary & Domestic Markets Management Department and the Reserves Management Department since June 2018. He also served as Assistant Managing Director of the Development and International Group from 2013-2018.

Mr Ng Yao Loong is Head of Equities at Singapore Exchange (SGX Group) and leads the development and strategic direction of the cash equities franchise. He also oversees the index business. Mr Ng joined SGX Group in April 2020 as Deputy Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and took on the role of CFO in October that year. As CFO, he was responsible for finance related, corporate development, workplace services and index business functions. Mr Ng transitioned to his current role in December 2024.

Ms Esther Wee is appointed as the Accountant-General in 2025. She also holds the role of the Chief of Government Finance in the Ministry of Finance.
She was the Deputy Accountant-General (People & Transformation) and Deputy Chief of Government Finance from 2022. Her other key appointments include Chief Financial Officer at the Land Transport Authority from 2018 to 2021, Director (Performance & Evaluation) at the Ministry of Finance in 2017 and Group Director (Reviews & Treasury) at the Accountant-General’s Department prior to 2016.

Ms Loretta Yuen was appointed General Counsel and Head of Group Legal and Compliance in September 2010 and Group Managing Director in June 2015. She oversees the full spectrum of legal and regulatory risks, including anti-money laundering, across OCBC Group, and provides advice on regulatory risks and legal issues involved in decisions to management, so that management can make informed strategic choices within an acceptable legal and regulatory risk profile.
