Ms Irene Liu holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the Nanyang Technological University and is also a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

She was a Partner with PwC’s Southeast Asia Consulting and led the risk and regulatory consulting practice across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. She had led multiple financial institutions, mainly banks, in their finance, risk and regulatory change implementations, including supporting the set up of their data governance functions.

She sits on the Advisory Panel for the Enterprise Data Management Council's APAC Board, and has contributed to their various working committees. She is also the Board Chair of a children's charity organisation. Prior to a consulting career, she was the financial controller of the multinational banks she worked in. In her roles, she oversaw the end-to-end financial reporting, cost analysis, regulatory and tax reporting functions.

Ms. Carolyn CHIN

Ms. Carolyn Chin-Parry is the Group Head of Transformation at the international InsurTech firm, bolttech. Previously, as a Digital Innovation Leader at PwC Singapore, she led PwC's Asia Pacific Digital Upskilling Initiative across 17 countries for 84,000 employees. Carolyn is the award winner for 40-over-40 Inspiring Women Singapore, Asia Business Role Model of the Year and IT Women of the Year for Asia. Carolyn is a Board Director for AustCham Singapore and sits on the Advisory Boards for the NUS Centre on AI Technology for Humankind, Australian Institute of Company Directors, CPA Australia Digital Committee and EGN.

A thought leader in her field, Carolyn has been previously featured by The United Nations, The Economist, CIO Magazine, Channel News Asia, Money Mind, Governments across Asia Pacific, and many Fortune 500 companies. She has been the keynote speaker for numerous events, such as SheBrilliance attended by President Halimah, Ministry of Manpower's ASEAN Future of Work event, Banks of Singapore's Emerging Leader's Program, Nomura's Tech Festival, Microsoft regional leader's summit and many international conferences.

Mr. Sanjay PANJABI

Mr Sanjay Panjabi is a Partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Singapore within the Audit & Assurance division. He has close to 30 years of experience in public accounting in Singapore and Hong Kong. 

He brings with him extensive experience in the audits of multinational and local companies in a number of industries including those listed on the stock exchanges. His primary focus is in Life Science & Healthcare (LSHC) industry.

Sanjay has also advised companies on their initial public offering and led financial due diligence engagements. 

Sanjay has led Audit Analytics for Deloitte Southeast Asia (SEA) and represented the Singapore Firm on the Global Audit & Assurance Innovation Network. He also chairs the Data Analytics Sub-Committee in the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and is a member of the Auditing & Assurance Standards Committee in ISCA.

Sanjay is a regular speaker at public seminars or events on innovation and analytics in audit. He leads accounting technical sessions for his clients customised to their business & industry. He has been one of the instructors for the Audit Analytics SMU-X course at the SMU School of Accountancy since 2018.

Sanjay is a Fellow Chartered Accountant in Singapore, CPA in Hong Kong, Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and a Fellow Member of CPA Australia.

Mr. Marvin TAN

As the Division Head of Business Partners & Solutions in GIC’s Technology Group, Mr Marvin  Tan leads a team of strategic business partners which co-creates the Technology Strategy and Roadmap for various business lines, then implements and develops the solutions for them. He drives innovation and delivers solutions for our Portfolio Execution Group, Risk & Performance functions, Investment Services for both Public and Private markets as well as GIC’s corporate functions such as Human Resource, Finance, Legal & Compliance and many others.

He has 20 years of experience working in GIC, rotating through various technology roles. In these roles, he helped build data analytics across various asset classes to drive the understanding of risk and performance across the portfolio. He also moved to the Risk Department for five years, spending some time managing the Market Risk for GIC’s Fixed Income Credit portfolios. As he moved back to Technology, he continued to help to develop analytics across more asset classes, while working closely with financial and investment professionals to develop a strong partnership in driving analytics for their business.

Marvin has a degree in Applied Science (Computer Engineering) as well as a Masters in Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He went on to do a Masters Degree in Applied Economics in Singapore Management University.

Ms Nicole Tee is an Assurance Partner at Ernst & Young LLP with over 20 years of audit experience, specializing in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector. She has managed a diverse portfolio of clients, including US and Singapore-listed companies, multinational corporations, and technology startups across industries such as semiconductor, software, e-commerce, and fintech.

Since 2019, Nicole has led EY’s AI & Data Analytics team within the Assurance practice, overseeing a team of professionals and driving the development of innovative, technology-enabled audit tools aimed at enhancing audit practices and client service delivery. She also sponsors the EY Singapore Assurance Innovation Awards, promoting excellence and innovation in audit. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the University of Technology Sydney and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, CPA Australia, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser.

board roles.

He excels in defining and executing AI visions aligned with organizational goals, driving AI applications
across diverse domains to boost operational efficiency, customer experience, and business outcomes—
delivering multi-million USD revenue growth and cost savings through 30%-300% model uplifts. David
oversees the full AI/ML lifecycle, from conception to scalable deployment, ensuring innovative solutions
that transform enterprises. A proven team builder, he assembles high-caliber groups of data scientists,
machine learning engineers, and researchers, fostering cultures of continuous learning, experimentation, and
excellence.

David champions AI governance and ethics, developing frameworks for transparency, fairness, and
accountability. Notable achievements include pioneering Supervisory Technology (SupTech) and data
adoption for regulators and central banks at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS); lead the financial
sector's AI strategy; promoted open cross-border data flows; and established the first-of-its-kind Fairness,
Ethics, Accountability, and Transparency (FEAT) principles for AI in finance.

Previously, John held senior finance and accounting leadership roles across technology and entertainment companies, including Ticketmaster, Disney, and Paramount Pictures. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, working across the New York, London, and Los Angeles offices, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.
