He has over 12 years of experience in assurance and advisory services, of which a considerable amount was gained in the Southeast Asia region. His breadth of experience covers a broad spectrum of industries including: oil & gas and technology, media and telecommunications.  He also has experience in reporting accountant work for the listing of companies on the Singapore Exchange and capital market offerings.

Ryan Guo

Ryan is a director with the Revenue Operations division for Controllership in Visa Finance. His team is responsible for the analytics, reporting and control tools used in client reporting, billing and incentives activities across Visa Finance. He is also an advocate for the adoption of data technology through integration, visualization and automation in accounting and finance processes.

Prior to his role with Visa, he held roles in data management and performance reporting with GIC and system and risk controls with PwC.

Ryan first graduated from SMU with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree in 2008 and subsequently as part of the inaugural cohort of the Master of Science in Accounting (Data and Analytics) program in 2021.

Evangeline Hu

A Partner at KPMG in Singapore, Evangeline has chalked up more than 13 years of international tax consulting experience, including with our member firm in New York.

She is extensively involved in projects related to cross-border tax planning, group reorganisation, and tax structuring and advisory for private funds.

As part of our tax advisory team, she has supported more than 5 initial public offerings (IPOs) of real estate investment trusts (REITs) in Singapore.

Evangeline also advises asset managers on cross-border real estate investments and private fund structuring. Some of her key asset projects include data centres in the UK and Asia Pacific (ASPAC) region, built-to-rent assets in the UK, hospitality, student accommodation and senior living assets in the US.

During her 2.5-year secondment to KPMG in New York, she provided federal tax consulting services to North American and ASPAC client groups including on Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA) planning and income tax treaty interpretations.

Sim Chin Ta

Chin Ta is currently a Vice President of Business Development in DP World, working primarily on M&A opportunities in the APAC region. Prior to this, he spent more than 14 years in PwC Deals Advisory, focusing on M&A transactions for both private equity investors and corporations. He has extensive experience in due diligence in education, healthcare, fintech/technology sectors within South East Asia.

Chin Ta graduated from the SMU School of Accountancy with a Double Degree in Business Administration and Accountancy (Summa Cum Laude) in 2010 and also graduated with a Masters in Finance from London Business School in 2017.

Inna Chandika was formerly the Vice President of Marketplace in Tokopedia, Indonesia’s leading marketplace platform that is part of GoTo Group, the largest technology group in Indonesia backed by Alibaba Group, Sequoia Capital, Softbank and Temasek.

Prior to Tokopedia, Inna was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, where she advised Southeast Asian clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital market transactions.

Inna received a double degree in Bachelor of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Management from Singapore Management University.

Belinda Teo

Ms Belinda Teo is an Assurance Partner with EY Singapore, focusing on the audit of healthcare and public sector clients. Over her 12-year career at EY, she has gained experience in providing audit services to multinational corporation groups and companies that are listed in Singapore, Hong Kong and New York. She has also been involved in several international assignments and initial public offering projects.

Belinda is passionate about contributing back to the accountancy sector through her service with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”). Belinda was the Chairperson of the ISCA Young Professionals Advisory Committee from 2016 to 2022, and is currently a member of the ISCA Council.

As part of her other volunteerism work in the community, Belinda is serving as the Honorary Treasurer of her alma mater’s (Methodist Girls’ School) alumnae association, as well as a member of the SMU School of Accountancy Alumni Advisory Board.

Belinda was the winner of the Young Accountant in Practice Award in the Singapore Accountancy Awards 2016, which seeks to honour exemplary individuals in the accountancy profession for their contributions to the industry.

Belinda graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Accountancy and second major in corporate communications (cum laude) in 2010 and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Singapore).

Wang Luming

Luming started his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory, with experience across Corporate Finance, Valuations and Due Diligence. In 2011, Luming joined Navis Capital, a leading private equity firm in Southeast Asia, bringing him a wealth of experience in private equity investment as well as in growing and managing companies.

Luming graduated from SMU in 2007 with a Double Degree in Accountancy and Business Management. Luming was the Vice President of the first elected committee (2004-2005) for the SMU Accounting Society.

Chetan Mahendra

Chetan is a Director in Citibank N.A., currently the CFO for Citi Thailand responsible for leading the Finance team and working closely with business and function partners to manage financial performance, drive sustainable growth, and support franchise initiatives. He is a multi-faceted professional with over 15 years of finance experience spanning Corporate Treasury, CCO / CFO strategic support, Recovery and Resolution Planning, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions, and Product Control; across Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney. He enjoys playing squash and loves to travel.

Chetan graduated from SMU with a Master of Professional Accounting degree in 2016 and was the recipient of the ISCA Gold Medal award.

Shawn Chen

Shawn Chen is a partner in the Reputation and Risk Group, Deloitte Southeast Asia (SEA), which has oversight over risk matters impacting the Deloitte brand.

He heads the SEA Office of the General Counsel, which supervises and manages legal risk matters of Deloitte SEA; Shawn as the General Counsel leads a team of lawyers that plans and executes initiatives in governance, corporate affairs and regulatory compliance, disputes, crisis management and investigations, contracting and inorganic growth.

In Deloitte Asia-Pacific, Shawn is the Inorganic Growth Capability Leader and oversees proprietary mergers and acquisitions for the Asia-Pacific firm.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Shawn worked in private equity and was a capital markets partner in a top-tier law firm advising on capital markets transactions and corporate regulatory compliance.

He is a Master of Professional Accounting, Singapore Management University (2019), and is also called an Advocate and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Singapore (2000) and to the Roll of Solicitors, England and Wales (2004). His first degree was a Bachelor of Laws, National University of Singapore (1999).

Shaun Ng

Shaun is a Partner with the General Assurance practice of PwC Singapore. Over the course of his career, Shaun works with listed companies, multinational corporations and private clients across multiple industries including real estate, hospitality, asset management, automotives, healthcare, technology, manufacturing and industrial products. Shaun’s approach is to build deep and meaningful trusted relationships with his clients and serve as their advisor to help them manage their stakeholders and solve important problems.

Besides his involvement in client work, Shaun serves as a key driver of the Assurance Innovation team that is driving the adoption of technology tools, including GenAI, in the assurance practice. Shaun is also a coaching group leader to a group of 50 staff from senior managers to first year associates and he oversees audit quality and staff resource deployment for his business unit. Shaun also serves as the sponsor partner for the PwC Tennis team.

Shaun graduated from Singapore Management University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Management (Finance) (Summa Cum Laude) as the University Salutatorian and School of Accountancy Valedictorian. He also won several other gold medals and book prizes as the top graduating accountancy student.

Chiang Hai Yin

Chiang Hai Yin assumed the position of Assistant Chief Executive for the Corporate Group in Sep 2024. In this capacity, she leads the Corporate Development functions in STB including Finance, Human Resources and Organisation Development, Legal, Compliance and Corporate Services, as well as strategy and planning matters across the Board.

Hai Yin was Group Director, Finance Transformation at the Accountant-General's Department (AGD) from February 2021. She played a key leadership role in driving central Finance systems transformation, successfully implementing the Singapore Government’s first public cloud project. In addition, she kickstarted the initiative to build and upskill Finance officers’ ops-tech capabilities within the organisation.

Prior to her secondment to AGD, Hai Yin held several positions in STB and accumulated deep expertise in Finance, Human Resources and Organisation Development, Corporate Services, Corporate Planning and Travel-related Services.
Hai Yin graduated from the Nanyang Technological University with a degree (Honours 2nd Upper) in Accountancy and obtained a Master of Science in Accounting (Data & Analytics) from the Singapore Management University.

Yi Peng Neo is a quantitative strategist, data scientist, and educator who specialises in applying artificial intelligence, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs) to finance and investment decision-making. Currently with GIC, he focuses on transforming unstructured financial data into actionable insights and developing AI-driven solutions that enhance investment processes. 

His career spans quantitative research, risk analytics, automation, and financial services roles at leading institutions including GIC, Nomura, Barclays Investment Bank, and RSM. Beyond industry practice, he serves as Adjunct Faculty at Singapore Management University and has contributed thought leadership on machine learning in finance through teaching, public speaking, and technical writing. 

Holding a Master of IT in Business (Artificial Intelligence) and a double degree in Business Management and Accountancy from SMU, Yi Peng combines deep financial expertise with cutting-edge AI research to bridge the gap between technology innovation and real-world investment applications.
