Ms Irene Liu holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the Nanyang Technological University and is also a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

She was a Partner with PwC’s Southeast Asia Consulting and led the risk and regulatory consulting practice across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. She had led multiple financial institutions, mainly banks, in their finance, risk and regulatory change implementations, including supporting the set up of their data governance functions.

She sits on the Advisory Panel for the Enterprise Data Management Council's APAC Board, and has contributed to their various working committees. She is also the Board Chair of a children's charity organisation. Prior to a consulting career, she was the financial controller of the multinational banks she worked in. In her roles, she oversaw the end-to-end financial reporting, cost analysis, regulatory and tax reporting functions.

Mr. LEE Wai Fai

Mr Lee Wai Fai joined UOB in 1989. Mr Lee holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He has more than 40 years of experience in finance and administration. He currently serves as the Chair of the UOB Asset Management Group and Senior Advisor to United Overseas Bank Limited after having stepped down from his Group CFO position in April 2025.  Mr Lee also held prior senior positions in the UOB Group, including Head of International branches and regional banking subsidiaries, Deputy CEO of UOB Radanasin Bank, Head of Finance as well as Head of Policy and Planning.

Ms. Carolyn Chin-Parry is the Group Head of Transformation at the international InsurTech firm, bolttech. Previously, as a Digital Innovation Leader at PwC Singapore, she led PwC's Asia Pacific Digital Upskilling Initiative across 17 countries for 84,000 employees. Carolyn is the award winner for 40-over-40 Inspiring Women Singapore, Asia Business Role Model of the Year and IT Women of the Year for Asia. Carolyn is a Board Director for AustCham Singapore and sits on the Advisory Boards for the NUS Centre on AI Technology for Humankind, Australian Institute of Company Directors, CPA Australia Digital Committee and EGN.

A thought leader in her field, Carolyn has been previously featured by The United Nations, The Economist, CIO Magazine, Channel News Asia, Money Mind, Governments across Asia Pacific, and many Fortune 500 companies. She has been the keynote speaker for numerous events, such as SheBrilliance attended by President Halimah, Ministry of Manpower's ASEAN Future of Work event, Banks of Singapore's Emerging Leader's Program, Nomura's Tech Festival, Microsoft regional leader's summit and many international conferences.

Ms. LING Su Min

Ms Ling Su Min drives business transformation, operational excellence, growth strategy, along with cultural change at Surbana Jurong. She has over 25 years of experience in business transformation, with a strong focus on integrating data, digital tools, and strategic foresight.

Prior to joining Surbana Jurong, Su Min was part of the Executive team at KPMG. She was the Head of Clients, Markets & Innovation as well as Head of KPMG Impact (2021–2023), where she conceptualised the firm’s ESG vision and sustainability practices, aligning internal and external stakeholders on strategy and investment priorities. She also founded the KPMG Innovation Lab to advance service transformation and the use of data analytics in client engagement.

Su Min holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Laws from the University of Western Australia. She is a Chartered Accountant, registered with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, and also in Australia and New Zealand.

Dr. Sigrid ROUAM

Dr Sigrid Rouam was formerly the Global Head of Data Science & Analytics at Credit Suisse. She was responsible for developing and driving the data strategy for APAC. This included designing the data architecture, enhancing data flows, advancing data visualization, generating client reports and, ultimately, creating business impact through advanced analytics and data science.

Prior to Credit Suisse, Sigrid worked in various industries including Genomics Research, FMCG and Telco. She set up the data science teams at Singapore Exchange and Standard Chartered and led the development of the data science capabilities for both institutions. She is also deeply interested in innovation and continuously brings new methodologies to solve business use cases.

Sigrid is regularly invited to speak at conferences in Singapore and overseas. She is active in the start-up community as an advisor and mentor and was part of the 2020 Singapore Fintech Festival mentoring program. She has coached, trained and guided many young aspiring data scientists at different stages of their careers, both in Singapore and overseas.

Sigrid holds an engineering degree (Hons) in Agronomy, Bio-engineering and Statistics from AgroParisTech, INA P-G, Paris, France (top institute of higher education in life sciences in France), a Masters degree (Hons) in Probability and Statistics from AgroParisTech/ Universite Paris-Sud/Ecole Normale Superieure, Paris, France and a PhD in Biostatistics (Hons) from University Paris-Sud, Paris, France.

Mr. Raghvendra Singh is the Partner for EY Asia Pacific responsible for Managed Services and the CFO capabilities. He advises CFOs on building their functional strategy and driving execution and value realization through various transformation programs from M&A, Operating model, Tech and Data driven initiatives. He was formerly the Managing Director, CFO & Enterprise Value lead at Accenture for its APAC, Middle East, Africa and LATAM region.

In the past, he has also worked at IBM, Xerox and Singapore Post in the Asia Pacific region and holds a joint MBA from London Business School and Columbia University.

Mr. Sanjay PANJABI

Mr Sanjay Panjabi is a Partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Singapore within the Audit & Assurance division. He has close to 30 years of experience in public accounting in Singapore and Hong Kong. 

He brings with him extensive experience in the audits of multinational and local companies in a number of industries including those listed on the stock exchanges. His primary focus is in Life Science & Healthcare (LSHC) industry.

Sanjay has also advised companies on their initial public offering and led financial due diligence engagements. 

Sanjay has led Audit Analytics for Deloitte Southeast Asia (SEA) and represented the Singapore Firm on the Global Audit & Assurance Innovation Network. He also chairs the Data Analytics Sub-Committee in the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and is a member of the Auditing & Assurance Standards Committee in ISCA.

Sanjay is a regular speaker at public seminars or events on innovation and analytics in audit. He leads accounting technical sessions for his clients customised to their business & industry. He has been one of the instructors for the Audit Analytics SMU-X course at the SMU School of Accountancy since 2018.

Sanjay is a Fellow Chartered Accountant in Singapore, CPA in Hong Kong, Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and a Fellow Member of CPA Australia.

Mr. Shameek KUNDU

Mr Shameek Kundu is a Data and Analytics Leader with over 20 years' experience in financial services (Group Chief Data Officer at Standard Chartered Bank), AI safety and testing (at Trustworthy AI start-up TruEra) and Consulting (at McKinsey). He is now focused on open source efforts around AI testing, as Executive Director at the AI Verify Foundation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA).

Until 2020, he was Group Chief Data Officer at Standard Chartered Bank, where he helped the bank explore and adopt AI in multiple areas (e.g., credit, financial crime compliance, customer analytics, surveillance). Outside his day job, Shameek is closely involved in regulatory initiatives around AI governance.

He is a member of the Singapore Government's Advisory Council on AI and Data Ethics, co-chairs the data governance working group at the Global Partnership on AI and was one of the authors of the MAS' FEAT guidelines on Responsible AI.

Mr. Marvin TAN

As the Division Head of Business Partners & Solutions in GIC’s Technology Group, Mr Marvin  Tan leads a team of strategic business partners which co-creates the Technology Strategy and Roadmap for various business lines, then implements and develops the solutions for them. He drives innovation and delivers solutions for our Portfolio Execution Group, Risk & Performance functions, Investment Services for both Public and Private markets as well as GIC’s corporate functions such as Human Resource, Finance, Legal & Compliance and many others.

He has 20 years of experience working in GIC, rotating through various technology roles. In these roles, he helped build data analytics across various asset classes to drive the understanding of risk and performance across the portfolio. He also moved to the Risk Department for five years, spending some time managing the Market Risk for GIC’s Fixed Income Credit portfolios. As he moved back to Technology, he continued to help to develop analytics across more asset classes, while working closely with financial and investment professionals to develop a strong partnership in driving analytics for their business.

Marvin has a degree in Applied Science (Computer Engineering) as well as a Masters in Engineering from the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He went on to do a Masters Degree in Applied Economics in Singapore Management University.
