Developing a Semi-Automation Solution to Forecasting Processes and Creating an Interactive Dashboard for Cash Flow Performance Analysis
The team was tasked to:
- Develop a semi-automation solution to the forecasting processes to reduce the amount of manual and repetitive work required such as compiling information from various sources and calculation of values
- Create an interactive dashboard which allows for Cash Flow performance analysis as well as for comparison of actual and forecasted figures
Credit Modelling System for Smallholder Farmers
The team was tasked to create a credit scoring system which assesses farmers’ ability to repay and allow for customized loans to be lent to these farmers.
Improving Data Management and Operations & Decision Making
The team developed a solution to address the manual recording process of inventory inflows and outflows and improve decision making by capitalising on existing data to capture the market trend more accurately.
Boosting the Productivity and Efficiency of the Deals Management Team
This project aims to boost the productivity and efficiency of the Deals Management team. Our solution was to ensure that they can obtain clear visualizations with a few clicks, that will be useful for their client and sales analysis. This is done using a web portal, which would contain functions that allow the seamless integration of data.
Determining Customer Profitability of Fuji Xerox
To determine customer profitability, the team used dashboarding to present key managerial insights through data visualisation; search tools to analyse profitability of customers on a contract-level and customer-level basis, while making them compatible with the company's current resources, as much as possible.
Develop a Dashboard for Effective Tracking of Historical Financial Performance
The team was tasked to design & develop a dashboard to enable effective tracking of
historical financial performance of Construction Company and to provide analytical insights to address areas of concern and allow sensitivity studies to be incorporated.
Differentiating Lim Kee's Business Based on Cost Innovation
Lim Kee’s rapid growth since their establishment in the 1980s is slowing down due to customer saturation in the Pau sector in Singapore. As a result, Lim Kee has to differentiate itself now based on cost innovation rather than product innovation in order to increase their bottom line, especially in the Kopitiam sector.

Create an integrated digital dashboard prototype that reports on the key indicators of finances, operations and projects on a real time (or sufficiently timely) basis. Some indicators were: efficiency information, mining statuses, projections and achievement of targets or milestones.
Model to Establish Engagement Score of ISCA Members
The team was tasked to recommend a suitable methodology to measure members' engagement score and develop a predictive model to identify members who are likely to not renew membership.
